She is well-suited for her position due to her love for working with others, her enthusiasm for taking on new projects, and her consistently positive approach to each day.
Vivian Cuyo
Vivian’s calming, friendly voice is one of the first you will hear when you call our office. As our Job File Coordinator, she works with both insurance companies and customers to ensure a smooth process through the loss experience. She provides excellent customer service and is a real asset to our SERVPRO team.
Ed Borini
Ed is the main person our customers rely on when they experience a fire loss. He provides important information and knowledge about the restoration process. As a Marketing and Sales Representative, Ed is crucial in developing relationships in our community and effectively communicating our mission to help local residents and businesses in Vacaville, Fairfield, Dixon, Davis and beyond.
Gary Connell
As Production Manager, Gary managed our production crews at their various job sites and works closely with both customers and their insurance companies to ensure that each job aligns with customer expectations. Gary holds IICRC certifications in water and mold, making him a valuable asset to our SERVPRO team.
Jim Hudson
As Crew Chief, Jim has a daily routine of providing a meticulously crafted restoration plan to enhance workflow. His extensive comprehension of the importance of reducing disturbances in residential and commercial properties allows him to excel in his role. Jim particularly finds fulfillment in engaging with customers and excels in effectively communicating every detail of the restoration process to our clients.
Dustin Pittman
Dustin is a Restoration Technician for SERVPRO of Vacaville/Dixon/Fairfield/Davis. He is committed to customer satisfaction and is IICRC certified. Dustin is a great asset to our SERVPRO team and has been instrumental in helping our Kincade, Windsor, Camp and Vacaville fire customers.
Stewart McCracken
In his role as Crew Chief, Stewart works daily with customers and leads crews in restoration projects. He is an excellent leader and is called upon to mentor new technicians, guiding them to learn the skills they need to excel in customer service.
